Nourish For Life is a nutrition counseling practice in the greater Boston area that emphasizes a holistic, non-judgmental approach to client care. The rebranding project included a hand-painted watercolor logo, updated Squarespace website, redesigned letterhead, and social media templates to reflect the practice’s warm and approachable style.
Jen, the practice’s owner, avoids a clinical or judgmental tone, focusing instead on empowering clients without emphasizing dieting or weight loss. The hand-painted watercolor logo reflects Jen’s artistic side and aligns with her tattoo aesthetic, conveying a custom and thoughtful approach to her work.
The existing Squarespace website was updated to match the new branding, with refined layouts and a more cohesive design. These changes not only improved the site’s look and feel but also enhanced usability for a smoother client experience.
For social media, Instagram templates were designed in Canva, making it easy for the Nourish For Life team to share content while maintaining a consistent and inviting online presence. Additionally, a redesigned letterhead incorporated the brand’s new elements, ensuring all materials aligned with the updated aesthetic.
